Today was the last day of Lexi's dance lessons for the summer. Lexi's recital is in 2 weeks and she is so excited! It was a bittersweet day. She absolutely loves dancing, but I'm tired of fighting with Kourtney for an hour every week because she's just not quite big enough to dance yet. Kourtney wants to do everything Lexi does, so she even has her own 'dance dress' to wear on special days (aka.....when she's throwing a huge fit and I don't want to deal with it). Today we were on the verge of a major over the top melt down, but as soon as Kourt put on her 'dance dress' she was as happy as can be. She started posing and asking for a picture. It was defiantly work all 15 dollars I spent on it at Walmart last August....one of the best investments I've made.

How cute! Sometimes its better to just find a way to avoid the fits, Im sure the ballerina outfit makes her feel like a big girl that can dance just like her big sister!
How cute! How are you liking "The host"? I started it last week and only got through the first chapter. I wasn't as excited by it so I'm hoping you tell me that it's worth the read ;)
I can't wait until I can put my Lexy in Dance. Can I just tell you I want to pinch Kourtney's cheeks so bad!
