Yesterday was Lexi's 4th birthday! I can hardly believe that my baby girl is 4. She was a whoppin 8 lbs. 15 oz. and 22 in. long when she was born, and has been growing like a weed ever since. The nurses joked around that she would have been over 9 lbs. except she went potty on the way to the scale and got all over one of the nurses. Since her birthday was on a Sunday, we went out to dinner Saturday night (quite a chore with 3 little ones). Lexi LOVES Chili's, so that's where she picked to go. We thought that by going at 4 pm we would miss the crowd......yeah right. It was packed and we had to wait for 30 minutes. But she had her heart set on eating there, so we patiently waited.
Then, yesterday morning, we got up and opened presents in our p.j.'s at home. Since our church doesn't start until 1pm, we had plenty of time. She had a blast and loved being the center of attention. She has been so excited for her birthday since Kourtney's in January!
After church, things got a little crazy, but I'll write about that later. Then last night, we went over to my parents for birthday cake and more presents.
It was a fun day for Lexi! I'm so grateful for this sweet girl! I can't believe how fast these 4 years have gone by, but I am so grateful for Lexi. She will always be my little miracle after being told I would never have children of my own. She is proof that miracles really do still happen! Happy Birthday Alexis!!!!!

OK, first of all cute cake! 2)its amazing how time flies. 3)If not to personal why were you told that you couldn't have kiddies of your own and then you pop out three of them, truly 3 miracles. Happy Birthday Lexi!!!!!
What a fun time for her. Funny that Chili's is her favorite place to eat... Cool cake, too. I can't believe you spent that much time on it. Wow! By the way, how's your dad doing? My mom said he's still in the hospital last she heard.
