The other day I was pretending to run on the treadmill (haha), but Kourt kept reaching up and pushing the buttons, trying to get on with me, and driving me crazy. I finally told her to go in the other room and do her own exercise. I got a good chuckle when I was done and found her. She went and turned on an exercise DVD, grabbed her exercise ball (aka beach ball), and did a 20 minute workout all on her own. Good thing I was so sneaky with the camera to get these pictures.

Kids are so dang funny!
That's because Kourt is young and not oooold like me! I now watch people exercise on tv and count that as the real thing.
P-goat LOVES to exercise too, she always butts in when I am doing my videos! She now has her own equipment and even her own "work out" clothes! Kids are too funny....

It seems that Kourt is a fitness buff just like her grandma! Unfortunately, I can no longer do any of the moves she is demonstrating.
