Discoveries

Here are a few things my 2 year old has learned today, all before noon, I might add:

1. It is not OK to draw on the wall with a crayon.
2. It is not OK to draw on the wall with pencils or pens.
3. Crayon, pencil, and pen does not come off the wall with a baby wipe, despite what your big sister says.
4. If you hide behind the couch, mom can't see you coloring on the wall, therefore, it must be OK.
5. The lid to the toilet tank is heavy.
6. The lid to the toilet tank moves and makes a loud noise when it hits the floor.
7. There is a lot of water in the toilet tank.
8. Toys float in that water.
9. Toys sink in that water.
10. Mom does not like it when your clothes are soaked in toilet water.

And here is what I learned this morning:

If you don't want your 2 year old to make a mess, chain her down while you are nursing your baby. Otherwise, good luck preventing it! But, when all else fails, hug that 2 year old and remember that you love her more than anything!

It is now almost 4:00 PM and Kourtney has made a new discovery for the day I just had to share, but after posting twice already today, I didn't want to add another one.......so I'll just update:

If you stuff half a roll of toilet paper into the drain in the bathroom sink, and turn the water on, the toilet paper acts like a plug, and mother has yet another wet mess to clean up. I'm beginning to think Kourtney has a fetish with the bathroom and water! By the way, I really do watch my children, they can just make a huge mess in a matter of moments, like the time it takes you to change a diaper for instance.
