Finally at Four

Kourtney is finally a Sunbeam at Church! She has waited a long time for this. Last January she was quite distraught that she had to stay in the Nursery (Sunday school class for children 18 months - 3 years) for a whole additional year. Since we were in Arizona for the first Sunday of the year, yesterday was finally her big day.

Before church we had a little talk about being reverent, and how there wouldn't be toys and snacks like in the nursery. She looked at me and said, "Mom, I'm four now. I'll be a good Sunbeam! I don't need toys because I'm a big girl now and I'm not even hungry. OK!" So, here is a picture of my favorite new Sunbeam!
