Big Bump

What would a week be without a post about Kourtney. Yesterday she got a 'big girl bump' as she put it. Kourtney is a total grandpa's girl, through and through. Also, because she is so active, she is always getting bumps and bruises. In fact, on Meggie's blog, there is a picture of her bump from last week. The wind was really bad, and as she was walking out the front door, a big gust came and knocked her down, scraping her nose up pretty bad. But, a princess band aid later, she was all better. Anyway, back to yesterday......Kourtney was playing with my dad. He was on the Love Sac and Kourt was jumping/wrestling with him. She jumped a little too far and head-butted the wall. For those of you who don't know, the walls at my parents house are extra hard. They are thick adobe walls, over 100 years old, and there is no give in them at all. Kourt hit her head really hard. I felt so bad for her. Grandpa was the only one who could calm her down. She just laid with him, with a big bag of ice on her head. She was so sad......poor girl!
Isn't that a nasty bump......


On a good note, it is looking much better today.
Kourtney's too smart though. Every time I ask her to pick up her toys, she starts whining and says "Can't mom.....head hurt really bad!" Dang, she already knows how to milk it for all it's worth. Smart girl!
