The Golden Pencil

Last week, we were lucky to see our sweet princess win an award at school. Alexis received the Golden Pencil Award. Its an award given to students for their writing.

Lexi wrote a story about a place called Fairytale Land. It was so cute. She combined about four different classic fairy tales into one story and put her own little spin on it. She was so proud of herself, and quite excited too! Here are a few pictures from her magical evening:

I'm so proud of Lexi and the smart girl that she is. She really loves school and learning, and has excelled beyond expectation! Way to go Lexi!
