Golden Pencil #2

Last week Alexis received another Golden Pencil Award!!!!

Then a few days later, she competed in the school spelling bee and got 3rd place!!! She was beat out by a 3rd grader for first place, and a 2nd grader for second place. Lexi was also the only first grader left in the running after about 5 rounds. She made it all the way to the very last round. I'm so proud of my smart and amazing little 1st grader and all of her accomplishments!!! Way to go Lexi!
